How do CK311 service requests work?
Step 1 - Submit
Request a service or report an issue to help improve your community.
Requests will be reviewed by Customer Service during regular business hours.
Step 2 - Assigned
Once reviewed by Customer Service your request will be assigned to the appropriate department.
Step 3 - In Progress
We’re on it. Completion times vary by request type.
Step 4 - Closure
Sign-in or create an account and you will receive an update once the request is complete.
